TRUTH AND TRAINING: 3rd-6th grade
WELCOME TO THE TRUTH & TRAINING CLUB
The Truth & Training Club (The T&Ts) is for boys and girls who are in 3rd – 6th grades. We are thrilled to have your child participate with us in the Awana T&T Club. We are thankful that you have allowed us the privilege of working with your child each Wednesday night and we are confident that you will see progress in the spiritual, social, mental and physical aspects of your child’s life as a result of the Awana T&T’s Program. Our sincere desire is that this year’s experience will be full of fun, as well as, education for your child.
BRIEF PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Truth & Training Club reflects the passion of Awana to teach 3rd through 6th graders the truth of God’s Word and to train them to follow Christ in their daily lives. The T&T Club has a Bible-based curriculum that helps kids build a firm foundation for their faith, hide God’s Word in their heart and apply the truths of Scripture to their daily lives. After the introductory Start Zone Booklet (see below) there are 4 handbooks (see below)of increasing difficulty which teach the kids that life’s Ultimate Adventure is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
START ZONE ENTRANCE BOOKLET
A FREE copy of our Start Zone Entrance Booklet will be issued to your child on his/her first night in Awana T&Ts. This Introduction Booklet to our club is required and expected to be completed in 2-3 weeks from the date issued. Upon completion, your child may proceed into our club Handbook and start on the Ultimate Adventure Series. (This Brochure is issued and reviewed by leaders throughout the season.) Replacement for this booklet is $.25 each if lost.
THE ULTIMATE ADVENTURE SERIES
There are 4 Handbooks in the Ultimate Adventure Series. Achievements are divided into eight chapters called Discoveries in Book 1 and Book 2, and Challenges in Book 3 and Book 4. Each chapter contains 7 sections. Regardless of their grade when they start club, ALL clubbers begin in Book 1. A 4th, 5th or 6th grade clubber may complete more than one book in a year in order to finish all 4 books by the end of 6th grade, but clubbers should not advance in books beyond their grade level. The goal is for each T&T Clubber to complete one handbook per year. Cost for each of these books is $8.00 Handbooks, however, cannot be started until the Start Zone Booklet is completed first!

An Awana T&T Uniform Shirt is available for purchase immediately after registering your child. We suggest getting a size larger for you child since they will need it for 4 years at most. Cost for this item is $12.00 per shirt Shirts are to be worn each club night without exception.
