VBS Prep Night
Monday June 9th from 6:30-8pm in the Chapel
Crafty? Artistic? We'd love to have your help as we prepare for VBS! We have lots of custom pine wood derby decal stickers to cut out and prep, along with decor signage to trace/paint/cut, and more projects to complete! Come on out and give us a hand!

VBS Set Week
Monday June 16th to Friday June 20th from 10am-3pm
We have reserved the week of June 16th-20th to set up our campus for Rockets Racers VBS! Pastor Craig will be begin construction of the set along with those who wish to help, and people can come in and put time into decorating their rooms for camp!
This is in addition to the big Saturday workday in which each VBS classroom and room on campus will be decorated and have their finishing touches done, along with completing our set on stage.
Should be an exciting time! Even if you aren't helping with the actual VBS week, we'd still love your help building and decorating for camp!
PS: Have any supplies, wood, large carboard boxes, or items that could work well for our racing theme? Call our church office and let us know! 352-683-5685

Final Mandatory VBS Volunteer Meeting & Decoration Day
Saturday June 21st at 10:00am in the Chapel
All volunteers will assemble to go over important camp details and then set up the stage and classrooms to get ready for camp! We'll cover all the details each volunteer will need to know and then get to the physical work. We'll order pizza for lunch.

Kids will “start their engines” in a high-octane racing event complete with pit crews, race cars, and fun at the track. Get ready for a supercharged race through Elijah’s life, where students see that God’s team wins in the end. No challenge is a match for Him, the all-powerful champion!

- All children should be potty trained to attend.
- We have a limited number of spots available per grade. Rather than walk-in registrations, please register in advance here online to secure a spot for your child.
- If you find out your child can no longer attend after registering, please log in here to cancel their registration so we can open a spot for another child.

Teaching to Change Lives
In youth group we are beginning a new series titled "Teaching to Change Lives" in an effort to pass along to students the skill of how to teach the Bible to someone else!
This will pay out huge dividends into their future as they become leaders, parents, and have many opportunities to make disciples of others through informal and formal Biblical teaching settings.
Uniquely to this series, students will have the chance to purchase an accompanying book to utilize during this study and prepare for each week's content. This is my favorite ministry resource I've personally read through 3x and recommended countless times! Parents/guardians, I would encourage you to purchase a copy for your student, and enjoy reading it yourself too!

Meet Pastor Craig
Pastor Craig has a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry and Christian Education from Cedarville University.
I love Jesus and sharing His love with teenagers. In light of how much it meant to have mentors pour into my life when I was a teen, I want to do the same thing for the next generation.
